Product Feedback & Market Intelligence • Feedback loop: Serve as the structured voice of both the prospect and the client - capturing feedback from cedants and reinsurers and channelling it into the product development roadmap. • Market intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and appetite shifts to inform product prioritisation and commercial positioning. Marketing, Events & Brand Presence • Events & publications: Identify and secure presence at relevant industry events, conferences, and sponsorships (e.g., regional reinsurance rendezvous and association events such as Dubai World Insurance Conference or DWIC), and in print and online industry publications (e.g., Middle East Insurance Review) and thought leadership. Executive Collaboration & External Representation • C-suite partnership: Work closely with the CEO, COO, and CFO on go-to-market strategy, pricing, sales incentives, and investor-facing commercial narratives. • External representation: Represent the company credibly in front of regulators, partners, and investors, selling in a technical, highly professional manner appropriate for regulated financial institutions and senior C-suite executives.
