PERMANENT JOB - RETAIL SALES MANAGER, DUBAI

Caudalie is looking for a passionate and sales-driven leader to fill the role of RETAIL SALES MANAGER, GCC (UEA, KSA, KW, KT, BH, OM). This role is based in Dubai, UEA and requires frequent travel around the GCC. You will report to the business developer and work closely with the Education Manager and develop a team of Beauty Advisors and increase growth in sell-out and events for all field sales employees. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead, develop, and recruit a growing team of Beauty Advisors. Manage their performance, schedules, monthly targets, bonuses, and yearly reviews. Liase between them and the Regional Office team. Visit them in the field to ensure the Caudalie method is followed. • Partner with the Business Developer and the Education Manager to align on campaign strategies for sell-out and events. Prepare sell-out and events workshop for 3 seminars per year to present to the field team. • Partner with the Regional Office Team, including the Education Manager, to assist with staffing out-of-home events and activations. • Drive sell-out results with all field sales employees. Visit them in the field to observe and share feedback to elevate planning, selling skills and use of the Caudalie method. Manage performance tracker after each visit • Create event strategies for major retail partners and coordinate with head office teams to assist the field team with activating these events. • Manage your own schedule and travel arrangements (covered by Caudalie) with 1 Monday per month in the Dubai Regional Office. • Manage staff carstock allocation to support with events (testers, gratis, gifts with purchase). YOUR PROFILE • You must have an active UEA driver’s license and the right paperwork to work in Dubai • You master both Arabic and English fluently (written & oral) • You have experience leading, developing and inspiring a team of sales employees. • You are sales-driven, a team-player, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. • You are passionate about all things beauty, especially skincare! • You are a master at retail sales (confident approach, leveraging tools, and closing the sale) and can lead the field team by example. • You are adaptable, comfortable sharing feedback and quick to action feedback. • You are skilled at building relationships. You are known for being professional and cheerful. • You can work autonomously, are organised and have great time management. • You are confident with multi-product management and cross-functional collaboration. • You have previous experience working with beauty retailers or brands. • You enjoy travel and can do so in the GCC, and potentially abroad on a few occasions throughout the year.
