Internal Auditor – Sharq Insurance Position Title: Internal Auditor Company: Sharq Insurance Job Summary: Sharq Insurance is seeking a qualified Internal Auditor to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, governance processes, and compliance within the organization. The role will support the company's objectives by conducting audits, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct internal audits across various business functions and processes. • Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks. • Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations. • Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on audit observations. • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, company policies, and industry standards. • Assist in developing annual audit plans and risk assessments. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of internal audit experience within an insurance company. • Strong knowledge of auditing principles, internal controls, risk management, and regulatory requirements. • Excellent analytical, report-writing, and communication skills. • Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are an advantage.
