We are seeking a Business Development Executive to acquire new clients and grow our recruitment and staffing business. UAE recruitment or staffing agency experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities * Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, networking and client meetings. * Understand employers’ hiring needs and present suitable recruitment solutions. * Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and secure new business. * Build client relationships and coordinate with the recruitment team. * Manage the sales pipeline and meet agreed targets.
