Responsibilities • Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements. • Presentations: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of customers. • Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of technical proposals, quotes, and other sales materials. • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, addressing technical inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues and work closely with our engineering team to find solutions. • Product Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and share insights to help improve our products and services. • Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives through effective technical sales strategies. • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and technical documentation.
