Key Responsibilities • Process cash, card, and other payments accurately using POS systems, including purchases, returns, and exchanges. • Deliver friendly and efficient customer service, assisting customers with product, pricing, and promotional inquiries. • Drive sales at checkout by promoting loyalty programs, special offers, and relevant add-on products through upselling and cross-selling. • Support store sales targets and keep up to date with ongoing promotions and campaigns. • Maintain accurate cash records, balance the cash register, and follow opening and closing procedures. • Keep the checkout area clean and organized while adhering to company policies, cash-handling procedures, and safety standards. • Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent shopping experience. What We’re Looking For • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage. • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling. • Strong communication, numerical accuracy, and customer service skills. • A positive attitude, sales-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
