Key Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized Engineering, Technical, and Senior Management positions. • Drive proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, headhunting, and specialized databases. • Conduct screening, preliminary assessments, and candidate negotiations within designated budget parameters. • Prepare and monitor key recruitment reports and KPIs (e.g., Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, Pipeline Status). • Handle bulk/volume recruitment drives and recruitment events as needed.
