Quality Control Engineer

WE ARE HIRING | Quality Control Engineer (Infrastructure) Sila Technical Company is looking for a qualified and experienced Quality Control Engineer to join our team and support our infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: • Implement and monitor Quality Control procedures in accordance with project specifications, approved Method Statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). • Inspect infrastructure works, including water pipelines, sewer networks, roadworks, earthworks, backfilling, and asphalt works. • Review material submittals, technical documents, test reports, and inspection requests. • Coordinate with site engineers, survey teams, laboratories, consultants, and clients to ensure compliance with project requirements. • Conduct site inspections and coordinate material testing and field density tests. • Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, NCRs, and corrective action reports. • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable quality standards. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. • Relevant experience in Quality Control for infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. • Strong knowledge of infrastructure construction, inspection procedures, and quality documentation. • Experience with water pipelines, sewer networks, roadworks, or utility infrastructure is highly preferred. • Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
