Accountant / Finance Executive - Accounts Payable Dragon Racing International LLC Dubai, UAE We are seeking a highly motivated Accountant/Finance Executive with 4-5 years of UAE experience (early career professionals before 30 yrs) to join our growing finance team supporting operations across Dubai/Abu Dhabi. Applicants with a passion for the motorsport, racing, automotive, or performance vehicle industry will have an added advantage. Key Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end purchase cycle from supplier quotations, approvals, and PO creation to delivery follow-up. - Maintain timely and accurately supplier, product, and inventory records in Odoo ERP and ensuring business analytics are accurately captured. - Process supplier invoices, inventory receipts, and validate transactions. - Coordinate shipments and procurement with Logistics/Parts Manager. - Record supplier payments, expenses, petty cash transactions, and perform bank reconciliations. - Reconcile supplier statements of account (SOA) and monitor accounts payable balances. - Track supplier advances and adjust against invoices. - Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports, AP aging, and support cash flow planning. - Verify VAT compliance on expense claims, supplier invoices and accurately document supplier data to comply with FTA requirements. - Maintain procurement and accounting documentation, network folders, and filing systems. - Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, IT team and other department to ensure smooth operations. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field. CIMA/CPA/UAECA added advantage • 4-5 years of UAE accounting experience is must. Only early career professionals considered. • Hands-on experience on Odoo ERP/SAP/Oracle will be added advantage • Strong proficiency in MS -Office Excel and understanding of UAE VAT is must • UAE Driving license is required. • Interest or experience in motorsport, racing, or automotive industries is an advantage.
