You are responsible for managing multiple warehousing / logistical / manufacturing facility projects in the UAE. Your role includes working alongside our planning & commercial teams, managing external consultants, contractors and client teams. You will be responsible for managing the post-contract phases of projects, leading meetings, owning the action tracker, managing information flow between the teams, managing everyone's timelines and deliverables, driving site progress & quality, overseeing contract administration, and all formal project reporting to the client's development team. Key Requirements Degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture. 10+ years of experience required. Previous Client-side/PMC Experience Required. Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi full-time.
