OUR PURPOSE AND CULTURE We are driven to create a future where people and place enrich one another. We are wholly committed to rooting ourselves more deeply in every place we are in while setting new benchmarks for positive impact. As a pioneering collective with a common purpose, we curate extraordinary moments and honor the soul of every place along our journey. At Rosewood Hotel Group, we answer The Calling. Together, we Make the Place. THE TEAM As part of the Wellness & Spa team at Rosewood AMAALA, you will report to the Wellness Manager and play a key role in creating exceptional wellness experiences for guests and members. Working closely with therapists, movement coaches, wellness practitioners, attendants, and hotel operational teams, you will help deliver seamless, personalised service across the Asaya Spa journey. YOUR ROLE As Wellness Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting Asaya Spa, creating a welcoming and refined experience from arrival through departure. This role is central to delivering Rosewood AMAALA’s luxury wellness offering, combining exceptional guest service with operational excellence, accurate reservation management, and commercial awareness. Through expert knowledge of spa services, wellness programmes, and guest preferences, you will help personalise every visit, foster guest loyalty, and support revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, discretion, and professionalism. HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE • Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality, creating memorable first impressions that reflect Rosewood and Asaya standards. • Manage spa reservations, schedules, guest profiles, vouchers, and enquiries with accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail. • Personalise guest journeys by understanding individual preferences, recommending suitable wellness experiences, and identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience. • Process payments, voucher transactions, and daily reconciliations accurately while maintaining compliance with company procedures. • Coordinate closely with wellness and operational teams to ensure all guest-facing areas are prepared, presented, and operating to the highest standards. • Uphold all health, safety, service quality, privacy, and luxury hospitality standards while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa. COULD THIS BE YOU? • You bring proven experience in a luxury spa, wellness retreat, or five-star hospitality environment, ideally in a guest-facing wellness or concierge role. • You are passionate about wellness and enjoy creating meaningful, personalised experiences for every guest. • You communicate confidently and professionally, building positive relationships with guests and colleagues alike. • You are comfortable working with spa reservation and property management systems and can manage bookings, guest information, and payments accurately. • You have a strong eye for detail, remain organised in a fast-paced environment, and confidently manage multiple priorities. • You demonstrate discretion, sound judgement, and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of guest confidentiality and service excellence. OUR BENEFITS As part of our team, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and life beyond work. This includes medical coverage, complimentary room nights, learning and development opportunities, and global career opportunities across Rosewood Hotel Group. Associates are also entitled to benefits and leave provisions in accordance with applicable Saudi Arabian labour laws and company policies. OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard – and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations. We’re not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them – and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice.
