Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Club Receptionist for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Wellness Club Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing front desk operations, handling phone inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include scheduling classes, upselling services, ordering supplies, overseeing the studio operations on a day to day basis. This role is for someone who is nimble, adaptable and would thrive in the exciting environment of an emerging wellness brand. We are looking for someone who is friendly & high-energy but also knows how to get serious tasks done, asap. You will work closely with the founders and Club Coordinator to create the best club experience and achieve the goals of the business. Qualifications • Friendly and outgoing personality. • Strong phone etiquette and ability to professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls • Proficiency in receptionist duties, including greeting clients and managing front desk operations • Clerical skills, including record keeping, scheduling, and administrative tasks • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with members and team members • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment • Prior experience in a similar role or hospitality/wellness industry is a plus • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
