B2B Sales Manager

Responsibilities 1. Engineering Strategy Formulation & Target Setting ① Undertake engineering targets and plans for TB+TG, as well as sales budgets. ③ Undertake sales strategies and plans in a timely manner in response to policy changes. 2. Liaise with B2B Channels, Integrate Project Management ① Responsible for recruiting, training, guiding, and managing the localized team. ② Oversee the full process of domestic engineering projects and follow up on delivery. ③ Engage with local clients and government agencies, identify market leads, build project pipelines, and drive project conversion and order closure. 3. Customer Development & Business Opportunity Expansion ① Develop new customers while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction. ② Familiar with project backgrounds and possess certain channel connections and networks. ③ Establish a local business opportunity project pipeline and a full-process assurance system. ④ Development of Local Project Showcases and Case Library for Products Qualifications 1. Educational Background ① Education: bachelor’s degree and above. ② Major: Relevant educational background in the home appliance industry is preferred. 2. Skills & Experience ① Sales Experience: Prior sales experience is preferred, especially experience within the home appliance sector. ② Communication Skills: Quick‑witted with strong communication capabilities and excellent customer‑service awareness. ③ Market Analysis: Capable of market analysis and judgment, and able to adjust sales strategies in response to market changes. ④ Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common office software. 3. Language Skills ① Fluent in English as working languages, Arabic proficiency are a plus. Show more Show less
