We’re Hiring: Customer Success Key Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations. • Experience in technology, digital services, or enterprise customer management is preferred. • Strong customer relationship management, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to manage customer onboarding, adoption, satisfaction, and retention. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience handling escalations. • Familiarity with data centres, cloud solutions, digital platforms, or service management tools is an advantage. • Commercial awareness to identify renewal, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
