Enterprise Sales Manager -Oil & Gas

Are you a natural relationship builder who thrives on opening doors with new customers, rather than managing the ones you already have? A fast growing scale up is redefining how the world's largest energy companies solve one of their most persistent operational headaches, keeping critical spare parts available without the cost and waste of over stocking. Their platform combines digital inventory management with distributed manufacturing, and they already work with some of the largest Oil and Gas and industrial companies in the region. As they expand their international footprint, they need a dedicated new business hunter to build the pipeline outside the UAE. This is not an account management role. A separate technical Account Manager owns the relationship once an account matures, so your focus stays entirely on the front end, identifying new prospects, opening conversations, and earning trust in complex, multi stakeholder environments. What's in it for you: • First mover role building the international pipeline, not inheriting an existing book of business • Direct exposure to a genuinely differentiated technology in a sector most competitors can't touch • Freedom to focus purely on new business, with a dedicated account team handling delivery once you land the relationship • Base salary AED 20,000 to 30,000 per month, plus a bonus of 10 to 33 percent based on personal and company performance What you'll be doing: • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across an international customer base spanning multiple regions • Building relationships with senior stakeholders inside large, complex B2B organisations • Applying a structured, multi stakeholder sales approach such as MEDDIC to navigate long, considered sales cycles of 12 to 18 months • Representing the business at a senior level with prospective customers, understanding their operational challenges • Travelling internationally around 25 to 30 percent of your time to meet prospects and support key opportunities in person What we need: • Proven experience in complex, multi stakeholder B2B sales, ideally within large enterprise environments • A genuine people person who builds trust quickly and communicates confidently at every level of an organisation • Comfort navigating long sales cycles without losing momentum over many months • Oil and Gas exposure is a plus but not required, strong results have come from candidates in adjacent technical or industrial sectors such as EPC and construction • Familiarity with structured, multi stakeholder sales methodologies Show more Show less
