Company Description Tajdid Consultants is an education consultant located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. Tajdid has emerged as an instrumental facilitator of students seeking higher education abroad, with a list of specialized universities/colleges across the world with special focus on United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia, Europe and USA. We provide tailor-made solutions to cater to UK institutions looking to diversify their internationalization strategy. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Advisor. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and is a problem solver. Ideally someone with a sales background or even a fresh graduate who is up to the challenge to grow professionally. This role includes student counselling, handling enquiries from parents and students. Qualifications • Educational Consulting and skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment and handle customer service queries • Experience in the education sector and knowledge of education systems will be advantageous • A Bachelor's degree preferred • An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn • Proficiency in English and Arabic is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus • Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical skills • Experience in study abroad programs is an advantage Working hours Regular hours: 10:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m. During July, office hours may extend to 8:00 p.m. Suitable for a person that is willing to learn and is good in dealing with students.
