Restaurant General Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to join our team and lead our restaurant operations to excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations. • Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team. • Ensure exceptional guest experience and high service standards. • Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability. • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards. • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members. • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and operational targets. • Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
