Business Development Manager – Retail FX/CFD Brokerage Location: Dubai, UAE Work Model: Onsite Industry: Retail FX/CFD | Online Brokerage Languages: Arabic & English About the Opportunity: FinTop Consulting has partnered with a leading Retail FX/CFD brokerage to identify an experienced Business Development Manager to support its growth across the Arabic-speaking market. We are looking for a commercially driven professional with strong knowledge of the Retail Forex/CFD industry, an established network, and proven experience in developing new business and building long-term client and partner relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Generate new business through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and industry connections. • Develop and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders. • Identify and convert new commercial opportunities across the MENA market. • Manage and grow existing business relationships. • Conduct market research and identify new growth opportunities. Requirements: • 3+ years of BDM/Sales experience, preferably within FX, CFD, FinTech, or Financial Services. • Strong network and market knowledge across MENA. • Good understanding of financial markets and trading products. • Fluent in Arabic and English. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
