ORACLE EBS PURCHASING AND PROCUREMENT FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

Key Responsibilities: • Provide functional support for Oracle EBS Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. • Configure flexfields, workflows, approval hierarchies, and system profiles. • Prepare functional specifications, conduct testing, and maintain system documentation. • Manage production issues, system enhancements, patches, and releases. • Support system implementation, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with security policies, change management procedures, and service-level requirements. Requirements • 10–15 years of relevant Oracle ERP experience. • Minimum 7 years of Oracle EBS Procurement experience. • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations. • Strong functional expertise in: • Oracle EBS Purchasing (PO) • iProcurement and iSupplier • Oracle Sourcing • Service Procurement • Inventory (INV) • Order Management (OM) • Experience in Saudi government procurement projects is preferred. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline. • Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
