Key Responsibilities: • Provide functional support, maintenance, and enhancements for Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain modules. • Manage inventory, procurement, warehouse, order management, and product cataloguing processes. • Perform requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, and functional documentation. • Support CRP, SIT, UAT, production issues, and system enhancements. • Manage incidents, service requests, system releases, and user training. • Ensure compliance with security policies, change management procedures, and service-level requirements. Requirements • 10–15 years of relevant Oracle ERP experience. • Strong hands-on functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 modules: • Inventory (INV) • Purchasing (PO) • Order Management (OM) • Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA) • Warehouse Management System (WMS) • Product Information Management (PIM/Product Hub) • Product Cataloguing • Experience in government or large enterprise supply chain/logistics projects. • Strong knowledge of system configuration, implementation, testing, and production support. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline. • Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
