Procurement Officer

Ensure purchasing activities are done efficiently. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Receive and review PR from requesting department • Collect offers from suppliers • Place PO on ERP system. • Send PO to supplier and follow up receiving order confirmation from Supplier • Follow up deliveries of open orders • Monitor suppliers' performance periodically • Verify the receipt of items are as per PO / contracts • Perform all cash purchased items. • Manage any additional assignment given by the Procurement Manager. Academic and professional qualifications: Bachelor degree in Commerce or Business Administration. 3+ years of experience in Purchasing of Food stuff Industry specially frozen protein.
