About the Role We are looking for a Payroll Accountant to join our Business Services & Outsourcing (BSO) Department. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in payroll processing and administration, with a good understanding of Saudi payroll regulations, payroll systems, and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including wages, deductions, and benefits. • Review payroll data and financial records, ensure accurate system entries, and resolve discrepancies. • Collaborate with the Payroll Team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. • Handle inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and benefits. • Prepare and review monthly and annual payroll reports and support audit requirements. • Ensure compliance with Saudi payroll laws, regulations, and statutory requirements. • Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of payroll-related financial information. • Maintain the confidentiality and security of payroll information. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration or payroll outsourcing services. • Strong understanding of Saudi payroll regulations and statutory requirements. • Strong knowledge of Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and GOSI portals. • Proficiency in payroll systems such as MenaItech or similar. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and organizational skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet payroll deadlines. • Fluent in Arabic and English. • Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
