Procurement Manager

We’re hiring: Procurement Manager Pearl Coast International L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead purchasing operations and provide oversight of warehouse performance across our hospitality supply business in Dubai, UAE. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a commercially astute procurement professional who can balance supplier performance, inventory availability, cost control and team development. Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage the procurement team and oversee warehouse operations through the Warehouse Supervisor. What you’ll be leading: • End-to-end procurement, from requirements and quotations through purchase orders and delivery • Supplier negotiations, performance management and alternative supply planning • Inventory replenishment, stock availability and purchasing risk management • Warehouse oversight, including receiving, storage, stock control, picking and dispatch performance • ERP accuracy, stock-count routines, variance investigations and inventory controls • Cost optimization, landed-cost analysis and value-engineering opportunities • Coordination with Commercial, Warehouse, Finance, suppliers and logistics partners • Reporting on savings, supply risks, stock ageing, availability and warehouse performance What we’re looking for: • 7+ years of procurement or purchasing experience, including people-management responsibility • Proven experience with inventory planning, warehouse operations and stock controls • Background in hospitality supplies, trading, distribution, OS&E, textiles or a related sector is preferred • Strong supplier negotiation and commercial-analysis capability • Experience using ERP systems, along with strong Excel skills • A confident leader with excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or a related discipline; CIPS is an advantage If you are ready to take ownership of procurement performance, inventory discipline and supplier partnerships, we invite you to apply.
