PAD Properties continues to set industry benchmarks for professional service and investment guidance in Dubai. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will source and list properties, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes. Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities, preparing and reviewing contracts and documentation, and ensuring all transactions comply with local regulations. The role involves building and maintaining a pipeline of leads, nurturing long-term client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and portfolio management. The Real Estate Agent is expected to stay updated on Dubai real estate trends and actively represent PAD Properties in a professional manner at all times. Qualifications • Possess a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of local real estate regulations. • Demonstrated experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including sales, leasing, and investment advisory. • Proven Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a client-facing environment. • Excellent Customer Service abilities, with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. • Fluency in English; additional languages (such as Arabic) are an advantage. • Familiarity with Dubai real estate market dynamics and property valuation principles. • Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and maintain accurate records and documentation. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
