The Pediatric Outpatient Department (OPD) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to infants, children, and adolescents. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care, supporting physicians during consultations, and ensuring a safe, child-friendly environment for patients and their families. Responsibilities • Provide nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents in an outpatient setting • Assist paediatricians during examinations, procedures, and treatments • Assess and record patient vital signs, medical history, and symptoms • Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed • Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness • Educate parents and caregivers on child health, medications, and follow-up care • Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols Qualifications • Bachelors Science in Nursing Degree • Valid DOH license Show more Show less
