About Q8tly Q8tly is Kuwait's restaurant discovery and table reservation platform. Think OpenTable, built for Kuwait. Diners use our app and website to discover restaurants and book tables. Restaurants use our management system for reservations, waiting lists, reporting and CRM, plus our WhatsApp AI agent that books tables from customers' texts and voice notes. The role We're looking for a driven, well-connected salesperson to bring restaurants, cafés and bistros onto Q8tly. You'll visit and call venues, present our platform, book demos, and help us grow our community of Founding Restaurants across Kuwait. What you'll do • Find and approach restaurants, cafés and bistros across Kuwait • Present Q8tly and book demo meetings with owners and managers • Close deals and hand new restaurants over for onboarding and training • Track your leads and report your results weekly What we're looking for • Experience in sales, ideally in F&B, hospitality, or selling software or services to restaurants • An existing network in Kuwait's restaurant scene is a big plus • Fluent Arabic and English • Confident, self-motivated and comfortable working independently • Own transport in Kuwait What we offer • Fixed monthly salary plus uncapped commission for every restaurant you bring on • Flexible, freelance working arrangement • Full product training • The chance to join a growing Kuwaiti startup early To apply, send your CV, or message us with a short note about your sales experience and any restaurant connections you have.
