🤖 Business Analyst - Digital Transformation ⏳ 6-month initial contract - with extensions 📍 Abu Dhabi 🗣️ Arabic speakers required We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-profile digital transformation programme in Abu Dhabi. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is confident operating at the intersection of business, technology, product and design. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand complex requirements, analyse existing processes and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams. You will be responsible for: • Leading requirements gathering and elicitation sessions with business and technical stakeholders • Documenting detailed functional and business requirements • Mapping business processes, customer journeys and end-to-end service journeys • Translating business requirements into clear technical inputs and vice versa • Creating and refining user stories and acceptance criteria • Conducting gap, impact and dependency analysis • Identifying process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement • Ensuring requirements are sufficiently detailed and understood by technical teams • Working closely with Product Owners, UX/UI, engineering and other delivery teams • Managing requirements in an environment where priorities and scope may continue to evolve • Supporting Agile ceremonies and contributing throughout the delivery lifecycle • Engaging confidently with multiple teams and senior stakeholders What We're Looking For: • Strong experience as a Business Analyst within complex digital or technology transformation programmes • Excellent requirements gathering, documentation and process-mapping skills • Experience creating user stories, process flows and functional requirements • Good understanding of digital products, platforms, integrations and end-to-end services • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Eexperience working on government or public-sector transformation programmes would be highly advantageous, particularly within the Abu Dhabi Government ecosystem.
