Account Executive

LAKEORA is a Riyadh-based data and AI advisory firm and a pure-play Databricks partner. We build the governed data platforms that Saudi enterprises run their decisions on, going deep on one platform rather than wide across many, with governance designed in from the start. We are early-stage, flat, and deliberately small. You work directly with customers, own the architecture you design, and see it reach production. We like engineers who are direct, curious, and would rather get something right than get it agreed. What are we looking for? We're looking for an Account Executive who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and help organisations understand how data and AI can transform their business. At LAKEORA, Account Executives are trusted advisors, not transactional salespeople. You'll engage senior decision-makers, understand business challenges, and work closely with technical teams to shape opportunities from first conversation through proposal and close. Lean team, high visibility, real impact. Key Responsibilities • Generate and qualify new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia • Build relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and business objectives • Position LAKEORA's Data, AI, Governance, and Databricks capabilities effectively • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature • Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals and solution approaches • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and CRM records • Prepare presentations, proposals, and commercial documentation • Represent LAKEORA at industry events, conferences, and networking activities • Consistently achieve pipeline and revenue targets Qualifications Required • B2B sales, business development, or account executive experience • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Experience managing complex sales cycles • Ability to engage executive stakeholders confidently • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field Preferred • Experience selling technology, cloud, data, analytics, or AI solutions • Experience selling consulting or professional services • Existing network within Saudi Arabia • Arabic and English proficiency • Familiarity with Databricks, cloud platforms, or data platforms • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems Benefits & Perks • Competitive salary package based on experience and capabilities • Flexible remote-first work environment with work-from-home options depending on responsibilities • Premium medical insurance coverage • Performance-based bonuses and career growth opportunities • Sponsored professional development, training, and certification opportunities • Direct mentorship from experienced business, technology, and leadership professionals • Paid annual leave and public holidays If this sounds like the kind of work you want to do, we would like to hear from you. LAKEORA is an equal opportunity employer and assesses every application on merit. Show more Show less
