Health And Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and oversee health and safety standards across our corporate offices and multiple operational facilities throughout Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement company-wide HSE policies, procedures, and strategies. • Ensure compliance with Saudi health and safety regulations and applicable international standards. • Oversee safety inspections, risk assessments, and compliance audits across corporate and operational locations. • Manage incident investigations, emergency preparedness, and corrective action plans. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture. • Monitor safety performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. • 7–10 years of relevant HSE experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Experience managing health and safety across multiple locations. • Strong knowledge of Saudi safety regulations and compliance requirements. • NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO 45001 qualifications are preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
