Title Quantity Surveyor with 10+ Years of Experience in highways and road (GCC/Bahrian experince is preferred) Description Consulting Engineers Group Ltd. is an ISO-accredited global consultancy with offices in India, the UK, the UAE, and several African countries. Required Qualifications • Masters in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (Preferred) • Bachelors in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Required Experince • Minimum 10 years of experince in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and contract administration for infrastructure and construction projects. • GCC/Bahrain experince is preferred. • Strong experience in preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-off, cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration • Familiar with FIDIC Conditions of Contract and standard methods of measurement. • Experience in evaluation of variations, claims, and contractor payments. Key Responsibilities • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates. • Carry out quantity take-off from drawings and specifications. • Prepare tender and contract documents. • Evaluate contractor quotations, variations, and claims. • Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports. • Review interim payment certificates and final accounts. • Coordinate with design, project, and contract teams. • Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements. • Attend technical and commercial meetings with clients and contractors.
