We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in road and infrastructure projects to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities: • Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of road and infrastructure projects. • Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and valuations. • Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and commercial performance. • Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variations, claims, and subcontractor payments. • Review subcontractor and supplier quotations and ensure commercial compliance. • Prepare monthly progress valuations and payment applications. • Monitor project expenditure and identify potential cost overruns. • Assist in preparing project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports. • Review contracts, specifications, drawings, and tender documents. • Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of completed works. • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement, Finance, and subcontractors. • Support contractual negotiations and resolution of commercial issues. • Maintain proper documentation and records related to project costs and contracts. • Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and contractual obligations. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • 10+ years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within road and infrastructure projects. • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, variations, claims, and contract administration. • Experience in cost control, measurement, valuation, and commercial management. • Strong understanding of UAE construction practices and local market conditions. • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QS/commercial software. • Candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi/UAE are preferred.
