Institutional Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities • Develop partnerships with institutions, traffic platforms and other business partners to provide crypto-related services to their client base, with the objective of increasing HashKey’s KYC-verified users and trading users. • Identify and expand new user demand scenarios, and tailor cooperation models and client-facing strategies based on specific business use cases. • Collect user and market feedback, and provide business insights and product suggestions related to wealth management products, financial services and other potential user needs. • Ensure that institutional partnerships, marketing communications and promotional activities are conducted in a compliant manner, including proper review of processes, content and external-facing materials. Job Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience in user growth, channel management, partnership development or related fields. Candidates with channel resources in banks, payment wallets or compliant traffic platforms are preferred. • Strong logical thinking, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Results-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities and execution discipline. • Basic written and verbal communication skills in both Russian and English. Basic Chinese is a plus.
