Warehouse Manager

Job Objective: To lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective receipt, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatch of products while achieving inventory accuracy, service, productivity, quality, safety, and cost targets. Responsibilities: • Manage receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatch operations. • Ensure inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and timely order fulfillment. • Lead warehouse teams, manpower planning, shift allocation, and performance management. • Monitor warehouse KPIs, including productivity, OTIF, picking accuracy, labor utilization, and operating costs. • Ensure compliance with HSE, food safety, storage, and temperature-control requirements. • Drive continuous improvement through Lean, 5S, automation, and effective WMS utilization. • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Transport, Buying, Commercial, Finance, HR, IT, and Store Operations. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of warehouse or distribution experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. • Experience in retail, grocery, FMCG, or high-volume distribution operations is preferred. • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, WMS, and warehouse KPIs. • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred. • Flexibility to work shifts based on operational requirements.
