Product Designer (Mid to Senior)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Work Arrangement: Fully onsite Who you are: You’re a Mid to Senior product designer who is passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences, particularly within financial services and regulated environments. You bring a strong understanding of mobile-first UX, an appreciation for the complexities of digital banking, and the ability to turn regulatory constraints into clear, human-centered experiences. You have: • 4+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience, ideally in banking, fintech, or financial services. • Strong mobile product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating customer and business impact. • Advanced proficiency in Figma and strong experience with Miro for design, prototyping, workshops, and collaboration. • Hands-on experience using Claude Code to prototype, build, test, and iterate digital products. • Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban. • Strong knowledge of iOS/Android UX patterns, responsive design, accessibility, and interaction design. • Experience conducting user research and usability testing, particularly within regulated environments. • Strong skills in high-fidelity UI, interactive prototyping, design systems, and design specifications. • Working knowledge of front-end technologies and how technical constraints influence design and implementation. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions using research and data. • Customer-focused, curious, and evidence-driven, with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements. • Experience working on enterprise-scale products, preferably within banking or other regulated industries. • Arabic proficiency (spoken and written) is strongly preferred, particularly for designing culturally relevant experiences for the Saudi market.
