Human Resources Manager

We’re Hiring | HR Manager Droob of Continent Trading L.L.C. is looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and contribute to building a high-performance, people-focused culture within our growing furniture and retail business in the Sultanate of Oman. The HR Manager will play a key leadership role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives, strengthening organizational capabilities, developing talent, and ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and best practices. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. • Lead recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and talent development. • Oversee performance management, learning & development, compensation and benefits. • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with Omani Labour Law and applicable regulations. • Lead, coach, and develop the HR team. • Provide HR insights, reports, and recommendations to executive management. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position. • Experience in retail, furniture, FMCG, or a similar business environment is highly preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and people-management skills. • Good knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office. • Fluency in Arabic and English. 📍 Location: Al Hail South, Muscat – Sultanate of Oman 📩 Apply Now: Please send your updated CV to: [email protected] If you are passionate about building strong teams, developing people, and creating a high-performance organizational culture, we would be pleased to hear from you. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position. Experience in retail, furniture, FMCG, or a similar business environment is highly preferred. Fluency in Arabic and English.
