About The Role We are seeking a talented and dedicated Multimedia Content Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, producing, and managing high-quality visual content that aligns with our organization’s mission and strategic goals. The Multimedia Content Producer will play a pivotal role in capturing compelling stories through photography, videography, and digital media, ensuring that each project effectively communicates the intended message to diverse audiences. Qualifications The successful candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in multimedia content creation, including photography, videography, and editing, is essential. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is required. Strong storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are critical. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse cultural contexts. Prior experience working with NGOs, media outlets, or cultural organizations is a plus. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Arabic language and culture will be considered an advantage. This includes planning shoots, capturing high-quality images and videos, and editing content to meet organizational standards. Additionally, the candidate will manage the organization’s digital media presence, including social media platforms, website content, and digital campaigns. Maintaining a consistent visual identity and ensuring the timely delivery of projects are key responsibilities. The role also involves archiving media assets responsibly, staying updated with industry trends, and suggesting innovative approaches to storytelling. The candidate should be proactive in identifying new content opportunities and fostering relationships with local communities and partners.
