Role Description We are seeking a highly resourceful, imaginative and organized Creative Producer / Content Producer to join our team in Jeddah, KSA. In this full-time role, you will completely own our creative production lifecycle moving fluidly from brainstorming, brief formulation and scriptwriting to sourcing studios/acts, directing shoots and supervising post-production editing. 🎯 Role: Creative Producer / Content Producer 📍 Location: Jeddah, KSA 💼 Type: Full-time ⚠️ Please note: This is NOT a content writing role only. Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio demonstrating direct involvement in producing high-performing social media video advertisements is mandatory. The selected candidate will completely own the creative production lifecycle—from brainstorming, brief formulation and scriptwriting, to sourcing studios/models, directing shoots and supervising post-production editing. Qualifications & Key roles: • Strong skills in Content Production and Content Management with experience overseeing content from concept to publication. • Hands-on experience in Video Production, including planning, shooting coordination and working with editors or post-production teams. • Ability to develop and implement Content Strategy aligned with organizational goals and audience needs. • Excellent Writing skills for scripts, captions and other written materials supporting video and digital content. • Proficiency with common content and video production tools (e.g., content management systems, basic video editing software). • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site. • Strong existing connections with local videographers, studios, editors and creative talents. • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Film or a related field. • A very strong Arabic and English communication skills. • Experience in content production for digital platforms and social media and familiarity with audience engagement metrics.
