Contract Technical Recruiter

🚀 Talent & People Operations | Contract Technical Recruiter | GCC (Remote) 💰 17,000–22,000 AED/month (or equivalent) 🌍 Fully remote from anywhere in the GCC — preference for UAE or Saudi Arabia 📅 3-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start date We’ve partnered with an incredible Saudi-born technology company building and deploying cutting-edge AI technology across the Kingdom who've just appointed a genuinely world class CEO to spearhead their growth over the next 3 months. They’re scaling quickly and looking for someone who sits right at the intersection of Technical Recruitment and People Operations. We're looking for someone who has previously recruited technical talent for a technology scaleup - ideally you've hired across software engineering, AI, data, product or similar profiles. Equally, though, we'd love to find someone who is also comfortable getting involved in the internal processes that happen once someone joins the business. What you'll be doing: 🔎 Technical recruitment - supporting searches across technical roles, screening candidates, managing pipelines and coordinating processes from initial conversation through to offer. 🗣️ Candidate interviews - conducting first-stage interviews, assessing candidate suitability and creating a strong candidate experience throughout the process. 📄 Offers & contracts - supporting employment documentation, offers, visas and relevant employee registrations. 👥 People Operations - maintaining employee records, supporting leave, medical, payroll inputs and general day-to-day People processes. ⚙️ Process improvement - helping build and improve onboarding, recruitment and People processes rather than simply inheriting a finished system. What they're looking for: ✨ Previous experience in technical recruitment is important - ideally in an internal role for a technical scaleup/startup. ✨ Hands-on exposure to HR / People Operations, particularly onboarding and employee lifecycle processes. ✨ Comfortable interviewing candidates directly, rather than purely coordinating interviews. ✨ Experience working/recruiting within the GCC is strongly preferred. ✨ Arabic skills are a plus but not essential. 📍 You can work remotely from anywhere in the GCC, although candidates based in Saudi Arabia or the UAE are preferred. This is initially a 3-month fixed-term contract, making it a great opportunity for someone who can come in quickly, take ownership and help this business build the foundations of its growing Talent & People function.
