Be responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment to ensure the normal operation of the production line; Independently perform mechanical fault diagnosis and maintenance (drive, pneumatic, hydraulic, bearings, guidance rails, manifolds, rack structure, etc.); Priority is given to those with basic electrical inspection capabilities: they can understand simple circuit charts and handle common problems such as sensors, limit switches, contacts, frequency base alarms, and motor wiring; Establish maintenance records and make recommendations for renovation and optimization of repetitive failures; Coordinate with the equipment spot check program to complete spare parts replacement and inventory warning; When a sudden downtime occurs, we can independently judge the problem and quickly resume production. Bachelor's degree and above, preferred in mechanical, mechatronics and automation related fields; Knowledge of electrical basics is preferred (non-hard but plus): can use a universal thermometer, can handle common low-voltage electrical faults, and having an electrician's license is better; More than 5 years of real-world experience in equipment maintenance, can master it independently and does not rely on a master's carry-on.
