IT Support & System Engineer-6 Months

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for the maintenance, upgrade and administration of Co. and subcontractors’ systems, Servers and Security Appliances. Responsible to administer and maintain Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, Azure/ Entra AD, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other related services. Responsible to troubleshoot IT-related issues, investigate user problems, identify route-causes, remedies, test and implement solutions. Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and perform troubleshooting out of operational hours to reduce systems/networks down-time. In charge of the implementation, administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange, Domain Controllers, DHCP, DNS, Patch MGT, Central Printing Server. Responsible to Apply security patches and updates to operating systems and applications. Accountable Monitoring and responding to security incidents, breaches, and threats.
