To support this strategic evolution, we are seeking a highly skilled Executive Education Photographer for a specialized two-day, on-site project in Riyadh. The primary goal is to capture the vibrancy, diversity, and dynamic energy of our executive education programs. Through authentic, reportage-style photography, you will highlight the transformational moments that deliver real-world impact, putting the viewer at the heart of the learning experience rather than simply focusing on traditional classroom settings. You will be photographing an audience of experienced professionals, mid-career leaders, and senior executives. It is vital that the imagery reflects a mature, professional cohort and showcases the rich cultural and gender diversity of our international community. What You Will Do Reportage & Visual Storytelling • Capture meaningful, candid moments of breakthrough insights and experiential learning from a participant's point of view. • Utilize natural light to produce warm, inclusive, and authentic imagery that avoids looking overly posed or staged. Diversity & Cultural Representation • Showcase a vibrant mix of gender, ethnicity, and nationality, ensuring the global nature of our community is accurately represented. • Work closely with the marketing manager to ensure appropriate cultural attire and diverse representation are thoughtfully captured, particularly in specific classroom settings. Versatile Image Composition • Mix wide environmental architectural shots with tighter interaction moments to convey emotion, energy, and connection. • Deliver a high-quality portfolio of dynamic images optimized for multiple formats, including digital display banners, web assets, and full-bleed print materials. What You Bring to the Table • Reportage Expertise: A strong portfolio demonstrating candid, unposed, and narrative-driven photography that captures natural energy and interactions. • Executive Polish: Proven experience photographing mature, professional audiences such as senior executives or board-level members. • Technical Versatility: Deep understanding of natural lighting, dynamic composition, and architectural framing across both digital and print mediums. • Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to respectfully capture diverse subjects and navigate specific cultural nuances and attire requirements within the Middle Eastern market.
