Business Development Partner - Talent Intelligence & Recruitment Tech (Bahrain)

About Routed AI Routed AI is a workforce intelligence platform used by Fortune 500 organisations and consulting firms across North America and Europe. We provide structured signals on hiring trends, skills evolution, labour mobility, and external workforce dynamics that augment enterprise decision-making and analytics. We are now expanding our commercial footprint in Bahrain. The Opportunity We are expanding into Bahrain and are looking for an experienced, relationship-led sales partner who has sold to - or built deep relationships inside - consulting and professional services firms as well as mid-to-large enterprises in the country. This is a fully remote, Manama-based role. You earn best-in-industry commission on every deal you close. It is designed for senior professionals who already have access to buyers and want to monetise those relationships with a strong, differentiated product that is already gaining traction globally. We are targeting candidates with around 15 years of experience, though we are flexible for candidates with highly relevant sales expertise in data, workforce intelligence, or consulting services sold to enterprise or professional services buyers. Is This Role For You? Before applying, please confirm that you meet all three of the following criteria: • 01. You have demonstrated commercial accountability - whether in a formal quota-carrying sales role or in a consulting, advisory, or business development capacity where you played a lead role in winning new clients or expanding existing relationships. Candidates from delivery, sales support, or marketing backgrounds should not apply. • 02. You have sold to or advised the right buyers - strategy leaders, workforce heads, or senior Partners at consulting or professional services firms, or equivalent decision-makers at large enterprises - and have been directly responsible for winning or growing those relationships. • 03. You have existing relationships with strategy, workforce, or HR leaders at consulting firms, professional services companies, or large enterprises in Bahrain that you can activate. NOTE: If you do not meet the criteria above, this role is unlikely to be a good fit. We appreciate your interest but encourage you to apply when a more relevant opportunity arises. What You'll Do • Identify, engage, and close new customers across consulting firms, professional services companies, and mid-to-large enterprises in Bahrain. • Sell to senior decision-makers - Partners, COOs, Strategy Heads, and Workforce Leaders - at target organisations. • Lead discovery, demos, and commercial discussions end-to-end. • Leverage your existing relationships and network to generate pipeline from day one. • Position Routed AI as a credible, indispensable intelligence layer for enterprise and consulting firm decision-making. Act as a trusted advisor, not a transactional seller. • Share market and buyer feedback to help refine positioning and messaging for the Bahrain market. Who We're Looking For Role We are looking for senior, credible operators with real buyer access inside consulting firms and large enterprises in Bahrain. The strongest profiles for this role are: • Former management consultants or advisory firm leaders who have moved into commercial roles. • Senior sellers from labour market data, workforce intelligence, or people analytics platforms. • Senior enterprise SaaS or data platform sellers with experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals with strategy, workforce, or consulting buyers. • Workforce consulting practitioners from Big Four, Mercer, Aon, or similar who have transitioned to vendor-side sales or business development. We value demonstrated commercial accountability over formal sales titles. If you have spent your career expanding client relationships and influencing large enterprise decisions - in a sales, consulting, or advisory capacity - we want to hear from you. Candidates must be based in Manama with a willingness to travel within Bahrain as needed. We welcome applications from candidates who are currently between roles, freelancing, or operating in an advisory capacity - what matters is the depth of your experience and the strength of your relationships, not your current employment status. Compensation • Best-in-industry commission on first-year contract value (ACV). • High performers may additionally be eligible for ongoing commissions on renewals and expansions, plus equity participation based on performance and long-term engagement. Territory & Account Ownership • Focus: Consulting firms, professional services companies, and mid-to-large enterprises in Bahrain. • Sales partners own the accounts they source and actively manage. • Strategic account assignments may expand over time based on performance. Why This Is a Strong Opportunity • • Product is already trusted by Fortune 500 organisations and leading consulting firms • • Clear and differentiated alternative to generic workforce analytics and legacy tools • • Strong price-to-value positioning → easier buyer conversations • • Multiple pricing tiers with natural upsell paths • • Recurring revenue model and long-term partnership potential • • Direct access to a responsive founding team with deep domain expertise • • Real opportunity to grow into a core commercial leadership role Show more Show less
