We specialise primarily in professional recruitment across areas including: • Financial Services • Finance & Accounting • Compliance, AML & Risk • Technology • AI & Data • Sales & Business Development • Professional and specialist roles We are now looking for an experienced and highly motivated Freelance Business Development & Recruitment Partner to help us acquire new clients and convert their hiring requirements into successful placements. This is not a salaried position. The role is designed for an experienced recruitment, staffing, HR or B2B sales professional who is confident generating their own opportunities and wants to earn attractive commission from the business they generate. The Opportunity You will take ownership of the business development process, from identifying prospective employers through to securing recruitment agreements and obtaining live vacancies. We are particularly interested in individuals who already understand the UAE recruitment market and can confidently speak with Founders, CEOs, Managing Directors, HR Directors, Heads of Talent Acquisition and other senior decision-makers. Your objective is simple: Find companies that are hiring, establish the relationship, convert them into YHJ Partners clients and help us successfully fill their vacancies. You will have the opportunity to earn commission from the revenue generated from the clients you bring into YHJ Partners. There is no cap on commission earnings. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Prospecting & Lead Generation You will: • Identify UAE companies with current or upcoming recruitment requirements. • Research and identify relevant decision-makers within target organisations. • Generate your own prospective client pipeline. • Conduct outbound prospecting through telephone, LinkedIn, email and other appropriate channels. • Identify companies actively recruiting or likely to require recruitment support. • Build relationships with Founders, CEOs, HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams and Hiring Managers. • Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations and opportunities. Business Development & Client Acquisition You will: • Introduce YHJ Partners and our recruitment services to prospective clients. • Conduct discovery conversations to understand the company’s hiring requirements. • Explain our recruitment model, fees and service. • Handle initial objections and commercial discussions. • Arrange and conduct client meetings where appropriate. • Follow up consistently with prospective clients. • Negotiate within YHJ Partners’ agreed commercial parameters. • Secure agreement for YHJ Partners to work on vacancies. • Obtain signed recruitment terms/business agreements where required. • Develop long-term relationships rather than simply generating one-off leads. We are not looking for someone who simply provides lists of companies or books unqualified meetings. We want someone capable of progressing opportunities through the sales process and helping turn prospects into genuine YHJ Partners clients. Vacancy Management Once a client has agreed to work with YHJ Partners, you will help obtain a detailed vacancy brief, including: • Job title and responsibilities • Required experience • Qualifications • Salary range • Location and working arrangements • Visa requirements • Candidate profile • Interview process • Hiring timeline • Key decision-makers Depending on your recruitment experience, you may continue managing the client relationship throughout the recruitment process or work alongside YHJ Partners while we source and shortlist suitable candidates. Recruitment & Placement Where appropriate, you may also: • Review suitable candidates. • Match candidates against client requirements. • Present shortlisted candidates to clients. • Coordinate interviews. • Obtain interview feedback. • Manage communication between the client and candidate. • Assist with offer negotiations. • Follow placements through to successful completion. YHJ Partners already has access to a growing pool of candidates, so the primary focus of this position is winning clients and generating live vacancies, rather than simply sourcing candidates. Commission & Earnings This is a 100% performance-based, commission-only freelance opportunity. There is: No basic salary.
No guaranteed monthly payment.
No earnings cap. Commission will be based on revenue successfully generated from clients introduced and/or managed by you. Commission is payable in accordance with the agreed commission structure and following receipt of the relevant client payment by YHJ Partners. Full commission terms will be agreed with successful applicants before commencing. The structure is intended to strongly reward individuals who can independently generate and convert profitable recruitment business. Successful partners may also have the opportunity to earn commission from repeat vacancies generated from clients they have introduced, subject to the agreed terms. Who We Are Looking For We would particularly like to hear from candidates with previous experience in one or more of the following: • Recruitment Business Development • Recruitment Consultancy • Staffing / Recruitment Agency Sales • Executive Search • HR Consultancy • B2B Business Development • Professional Services Sales • SaaS or Technology Sales • Financial Services Business Development Previous UAE recruitment or staffing business-development experience is highly desirable. An existing network of UAE business owners, HR professionals, Talent Acquisition professionals or senior decision-makers would be a significant advantage.
