🐾 We’re Hiring: Receptionist – Customer Experience 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 🐶 Industry: Pet Services DROOL GROUP is a growing pet services group in the UAE, offering grooming, boarding, daycare, training, transport, retail, and veterinary services. We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and their pets. 🐾 What You’ll Do • Welcome customers and their pets warmly and professionally • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, bookings, and appointments • Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth daily operations • Provide customers with updates, photos, and videos of their pets when required • Explain services and appointments clearly • Process basic payments, invoices, and receipts • Maintain accurate customer and pet records • Handle customer questions and concerns professionally • Support general customer service and administrative activities 👤 What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of relevant customer-facing experience preferred • Experience in hotel reception, premium hospitality, restaurants, retail, healthcare, beauty, or similar industries is an advantage • Excellent spoken and written English • Confident and friendly communication style • Strong telephone and WhatsApp communication skills • Good computer skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask in a busy environment • Comfortable working around dogs and other pets • Genuine love and interest in animals • Candidates who are available to join immediately or on a short notice period are preferred 🌍 Additional languages such as Arabic, French, Spanish, or Russian are a strong advantage. 🐶 Experience in veterinary, grooming, boarding, daycare, pet care, or other pet-related businesses will also be an advantage. ❤️ The Right Person We’re looking for someone who is: Friendly • Energetic • Customer-focused • Well-organised • Reliable • Professional • Patient • A Team Player If you enjoy helping people, love animals, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
