WE ARE HIRING | SALES MANAGER – DUBAI REAL ESTATE New Listing Real Estate LLC is seeking an accomplished Sales Manager with proven experience in the Dubai real estate market to lead and develop our sales team. This is a leadership position for a results-oriented professional with strong market expertise, a demonstrated record in real estate sales, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities • Lead, manage, and develop the Dubai sales team • Establish sales targets, strategies, and performance standards • Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs • Support negotiations and the closing of high-value transactions • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop sales professionals • Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and key clients • Identify new business opportunities across Dubai’s off-plan and secondary markets • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, projects, pricing, and competitor activity • Work closely with management to support the company’s growth strategy Candidate Profile • Proven experience in the Dubai real estate market • Demonstrated experience in a Sales Manager, Sales Director, or Team Leader capacity • Strong leadership and people-management capabilities • Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills • In-depth knowledge of Dubai developers, communities, and property market dynamics • Strong professional network within the UAE real estate sector is an advantage • Fluent English required • Arabic, Russian, or Turkish language proficiency is highly preferred • Commercially driven with a strong focus on performance and results 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 🏢 Company: New Listing Real Estate LLC 💼 Position: Sales Manager – Real Estate We welcome applications from experienced real estate professionals who are ready to take ownership of sales performance, team development, and business growth within a dynamic international environment.
