ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELER

We are looking for an experienced Architectural BIM Modeler for an HMC project in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in architectural BIM modeling, Revit, and Scan-to-BIM, with a strong understanding of construction drawings and multidisciplinary coordination. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain accurate architectural BIM models using Revit. • Create architectural models based on design drawings, site information, and project requirements. • Support Scan-to-BIM workflows and develop models from point cloud data. • Coordinate architectural models with other disciplines. • Review drawings and identify discrepancies or coordination issues. • Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and requirements. • Update models based on design changes, site conditions, and coordination requirements. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
