🚨 WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR ARCHITECT – DUBAI Whizz HR is hiring a Senior Architect for a leading Architectural Engineering & Consulting Firm in Dubai. We are looking for an experienced and technically strong architect with proven Dubai project experience, strong Revit expertise, and hands-on experience working on high-rise and large-scale projects. 📍 Location: Dubai 💼 Position: Senior Architect 🏗️ Experience: 8–12+ Years 💰 Salary: Open / Negotiable Key Responsibilities: • Lead architectural projects from concept design through detailed design and execution. • Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and design presentations. • Prepare and review detailed Revit models and architectural drawings. • Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants. • Manage architectural documentation, design development, and construction packages. • Review drawings and ensure technical accuracy and design quality. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders. • Conduct site visits and monitor architectural works during project execution. • Ensure projects are delivered according to design requirements, timelines, and quality standards. • Lead and mentor junior architects and design team members. • Identify design and technical issues and provide practical solutions. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture. • 8–12+ years of professional architectural experience. • Mandatory Dubai project experience. • Strong proficiency in Revit is mandatory. • Experience working on high-rise projects is mandatory. • Experience with an architectural consulting / design consultancy is preferred. • Proven experience in high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, or large-scale developments. • Strong understanding of architectural design, detailing, documentation, and construction. • Strong portfolio demonstrating design development and project execution. • Good knowledge of architectural standards, regulations, and authority requirements.
