About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting project managers and teams by coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and ensuring timely communication across all stakeholders. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or management within the construction or engineering sectors is preferred. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools are essential. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of project lifecycle processes, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required, and additional language skills relevant to the Middle East region are a plus. Responsibilities The Project Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support project delivery, including but not limited to: • Assisting project managers in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes to ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders. • Monitoring project progress and preparing regular status reports to identify potential risks or delays. • Managing project documentation, including contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. • Facilitating procurement activities by assisting in the preparation of tender documents and tracking procurement schedules. • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. • Supporting the resolution of project issues by liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams. • Assisting in the preparation of project close-out documentation and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
