This is not a traditional EA role focused solely on diary and travel management. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and act as a key coordination point between the CEO's office and Managers across multiple business verticals, helping ensure priorities, commitments and deadlines are followed through. The Role You will be responsible for: • Coordinating between the CEO's office, GMs and their teams • Proactively following up on agreed actions, deliverables and deadlines • Tracking key commitments and escalating potential delays • Coordinating senior management meetings, agendas and supporting materials • Taking accurate minutes and following action items through to completion • Preparing presentations, reports, briefing notes and management updates • Supporting cross-business initiatives and Group priorities • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders while maintaining accountability • Handling sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism The ideal candidate will bring: • 3–5+ years' experience supporting C-level executives • Experience working with multiple senior stakeholders, ideally within a Group or multi-business environment • Strong organisation, prioritisation and follow-through • Excellent business English and professional communication skills • Confidence preparing presentations, reports and senior-level meeting minutes • Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook skills • UAE experience preferred • Arabic is an advantage, but not essential • UAE driving licence preferred Who We're Looking For Personality and working style are particularly important for this appointment.
