We’re looking for an energetic and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team! Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and dispatch daily service requests • Assign drivers based on availability, location, and service requirements • Monitor trips and ensure timely service completion • Support drivers and resolve operational issues • Manage customer bookings and inquiries • Coordinate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly • Monitor service quality and company standards • Prepare operational reports and identify improvement opportunities Qualifications: • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline • 1–3 years of experience in operations, dispatch, transportation, or mobility services • Experience in limousine, chauffeur, or luxury transportation is an advantage • Strong coordination and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and customer-service skills • Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment • Experience with CRM or dispatch systems is an advantage This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing mobility business, gain hands-on experience in operations, work with diverse teams, and contribute directly to delivering an excellent customer experience.
